Friedrich Köhler, MD, Charité –Universitätsmedizin Berlin
Friedrich is consultant for Cardiology and Head of the Charité-Centre for Cardiovascular Telemedicine.
From 1997 to 2003, he was coordinating a project (supported by the German Ministry of Health (BMG) between Germany and the Baltic States using telemedicine in the international transfer of know-how in the field of congenital heart defects.
He became Head of the Consortium “Partnership for the Heartin 2005” in charge of development and clinical trial for a new telemonitoring system for patients with heart failure, supported by the German Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi)). .
