  • Jean-Marc AUBERT



Jean-Marc Aubert has been Director responsible for healthcare management and organisation at the Caisse nationale de l’assurance maladie des travailleurs salariés (CNAMTS – French state health insurance office for salaried employees) since 2005. He had previously been Principal Private Secretary to the Managing Director, then Chief Strategic Officer in charge of the risk management policy and reorganisation, in particular.

Before holding these positions at CNAMTS, he was:
  • Principal Private Secretary to Xavier Bertrand, French Secretary of State for health insurance,
  • Assistant Principal Private Secretary to Philippe Douste Blazy, French Minister for Solidarity, Health and Family in 2004,
  • Technical Advisor then Manager of the “Social Security” division in the staff of Jean-François Mattei, French Minister for Health, Family and Disabled People in 2003,
  • Head of the Tax Studies Bureau at the Budget and Economic Forecast Department in 2001 and 2002, and
  • Head of the Health Economics Bureau at the Social Security Department from 1999 to 2001.
He is a graduate of the Ecole nationale de statistique et d’administration économique (ENSAE – French National school of statistics and economic administration) and the Ecole Polytechnique and has a post-graduate diploma from the EHESS (French National School of social sciences) in “Economic analysis and policy”.
