Laurent COUSSIRAT is an entrepreneur specialized in IT, Health 2.0, e-HealthCare and Patient Oriented Solutions.
He has over 20 years of experience in Consulting and IT services, as Consultant, Project Director, Business Unit Manager and finally CEO. He has been involved in Health and internet projects since 2001. In 2003, he founded Become Partners, a Consulting Company, to advise Pharmaceutical industries and Health Corporations, auditing and proposing solutions for better Patient Oriented Strategy. He was also requested by well known clinics to investigate and measure Hospitalized Patient Satisfaction involving qualitative studies.
Discovering Mood disorders via individuals from his entourage, Laurent COUSSIRAT decided in 2006 to use his skills to help in the area of Mental Health, and then founded the MOOD INSTITUTE, an "On-line" International Institute of Mood disorders. This company has been created by patients for patients, and has developed innovative e-HeathCare and mood monitoring tools, to make patients more active and more involved in their own health care. The Mood Institute participates in a better stabilization of the patient. This Institute also helps psychologically handicapped individuals to resume their professional lives with adapted jobs. Lastly the Mood Institute also encourages patients to develop their creativity and artistic talents.
