Marie-Christine Burnier is Editor-in-Chief of the Techniques Hospitalières (Hospital Techniques) journal www.techniqueshospitalieres.fr and has been sustainable development officer in hospitals with the French Hospital Federation www.fhf.fr since 2005. Prior to that, she was a personal assistant at ANGERS University Hospital from 1974 to 1975, assistant manager in the economic and logistical affairs department at Nantes Hospital from 1976 to 1977, financial affairs executive assistant at Longjumeau Hospital between 1978 and 1981, financial affairs executive assistant at Versailles Hospital between 1981 and 1985, assistant general manager of Versailles Hospital between 1986 and 1992, Director of Versailles Hospital between 1992 and 1997, assistant deputy leader of the French Hospital Federation between 1998 and 2001, and General Manager of the French National Hospital Personnel Training Association (ANFH) between 2001 and 2004.
